Our Product Range

MULTI-LEAF SPRING

BJ Spring is one of the top-end manufacturers of different types of multi-leaf springs used in India and the export market. We are well equipped with the latest technology to perform the best quality standards. Multi-leaf spring is made of several leaves gradually shorter from M/L to last leaves in different types from 2 KG to 430 KG.


PARABOLIC LEAF SPRING

B J Spring implemented a modern technology for manufacturing parabolic leaf springs. More than 100 types in different shapes from 8 mm to 4 mm tapered. And 50 mm to 16 mm tapered. We have 4 CNC automatic parabolic M/C which have good accuracy and incorporated a scaling removing system (with robot) operated by qualified technical staff.

U BOLTS

Our quality product includes U – Bolts, Flattened U – Bolts, and Forged at the end and centre. We sell these in sets for various vehicles. Including TATA Motors, Ashok Leyland, AMW, M&M, and Navistar. These products are used in a broad range of commercial, marine & fishing, offshore & coastal operations.


SPRING BUSHES

Almost all kinds of bushes for trucks & trailers are manufactured. Some of our inhouse products include silent block bushes, gunmetal bushes, and mild steel bushes.
